Hello mateentaha123, and welcome to our platform. If you apply for a visa to come to Germany your name should match the educational documents. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how lenient the German embassy will be. If it is just one letter and all the other information matches with you passport then I can imagine that it will not cause any major problems.
