I have applied to ZAB for comparison of my Bachelor's degree from Ausland, they have requested for below additional document. What does it mean? what kind of document is it? Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Regarding the requested document, it's important to know if you have studied at another university or completed an internship at some point. If you have, your main university should have accepted and transferred the credits earned during that time. You will need to obtain a confirmation document from your main university regarding the transferred credits.
