Hello S M, thank you for your question on out platform. Many also have had similar questions and learning German can be quite challenging.

The best options also depend on your way of learning, for me speaking, reading, and listening to a foreign language helps me to improve my language skills.
You can for example go to so called language cafes and practice with a native speakers.

Actually I’ve started Deutschkurse 5 months ago and we are having the final exam this weekend.
Thanks to your first reply and friends advises now I have a much better understanding of the language but still I thing it’s the very first steps and need to go more ahead.
